This picture shows the onboard waste water tank. The connection at the top is for the kitchen sink using standard motorhome convoluted waste pipe. I have not used any trap on the sink instead made my own deep seal trap which will prevent any loss of water even during erratic movements caused by driving. The valve at the botom is a drain valve.

Waste tank connection
